1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the TREATYOU 2 website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to display colours, fabrics and designs accurately. Handwoven sarees may have slight natural variations in weave, shade and texture, which are part of their authenticity and not defects. Product dimensions and care instructions are provided as guidance.
3. Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. International orders are converted at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We confirm an order only after successful payment verification (for UPI/QR) or COD confirmation. We may contact you to verify high-value orders before dispatch.
5. Payment terms
Payments are accepted via UPI/QR (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and other UPI apps) and Cash on Delivery. For UPI/QR orders, you must provide the correct 12-digit UTR/transaction reference number. Orders without a valid UTR may be delayed or cancelled. Cash on Delivery orders may require a phone confirmation.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within India and internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the courier and destination. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.
7. Returns and exchanges
Unused sarees with original tags and packaging intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Customised, altered, worn, or final-sale pieces are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the TREATYOU 2 logo, images, text, and design, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. User conduct
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, and not to submit false or misleading information. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TREATYOU 2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
